Amon Njenga
Amon Njenga is a registered nurse, public health professional, and project management specialist with over a decade of experience in designing and implementing innovative health workforce development strategies, including targeted mentorship for the healthcare workers in primary health facilities, clinical simulation for nurse and midwifery students, and leadership and management for frontline managers. He is a Team Lead for special projects for ICAP in Sierra Leone. Over the years, he has provided broad-based technical support and coordination to the Ministry of Health and Sanitation in Sierra Leone to optimize human and financial resources in delivering integrated public health programs, including driving high-impact capacity-building interventions on infection prevention and control, reproductive health, and HIV and tuberculosis prevention and treatment.
