Daniella Sarnoff

Daniella joined Columbia World Project in July 2022 after over a decade at the Social Science Research Council (SSRC), directing the International Dissertation Research Fellowship Program, as well as other programs supporting scholars in the humanities and social sciences. Daniella holds a PhD in European history and works on extremist politics in interwar France. Before her work at the SSRC she taught history at Xavier University, Fordham University, and New York University. She has published in journals and in edited volumes on the topics of French fascism, women's suffrage, and gender and fascism.
