Todd Hester is Project Coordinator and Field Manager in the Department of Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering at The University of Alabama.  He has spent the last 12 years as an Environmental Educator and Scientist and is dedicated to using that expertise and passion to bring focus and results on the issues of water quality and wastewater management in the rural black belt of Alabama.
