Daniela Weinberg
Daniela Weinberg is a political science major at Columbia University School of General Studies with a strong interest in equity, resilience, and community-centered policy. Her background includes work in intelligence analysis, refugee support, education, and academic research on youth well-being. These experiences have shaped her understanding of how individuals and systems respond to crises and adapt to change. She has contributed to public service, nonprofit, and academic initiatives, often working at the intersection of migration, security, and social development. Daniela applied to the Social Impact Fellowship to strengthen her ability to design practical, inclusive solutions and to connect with a diverse community of peers committed to meaningful change. Through the program, she hopes to build the tools and perspectives needed to translate lived experience and research into effective strategies that support communities and inform better policy.
