Javier Romero
Javier is a sociologist and Master's in Environmental Management and Planning from the University of Chile, with extensive experience in the study of climate change and the environment. He currently works as a Research Assistant at the Climate and Resilience Science Center.
His career includes community work, facilitating participatory processes, and promoting local adaptation strategies. He has participated in multiple research projects, contributing his expertise in social and environmental analysis methodologies, as well as in qualitative and quantitative studies on climate change. Additionally, he has experience in environmental education and scientific outreach, as well as collaborating with schools and teachers on educational and training initiatives.
