Yana Mayevskaya
Yana Mayevskaya joined the CPC Learning Network as a senior program officer in 2020 and is now the associate director. For over 10 years, Yana has worked with national, international, and academic institutions doing program management, mixed-methods research, and strategic analyses to improve social services for children and families. Examples of recent projects include evaluating life skills programs for women and girls and providing technical support to the World Bank to prevent sexual exploitation and abuse of children in their large-scale infrastructure projects. Yana is enthusiastic about engaging with research that directly impacts programs and policies. Yana has a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies/Biology from University of California, Santa Cruz and a master’s degree in Public Health from the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University.
