Cashews, coffee and the role of rice in the Vietnamese diet and economy were among the topics at a recent policy workshop held in Vietnam as part of our first project, ACToday. The workshop brought together Columbia researchers, Vietnamese government agency workers and local farmers. It focused on building connections between Columbia experts, state climate agencies and the agricultural workers who can best profit from the climate information those agencies and Columbia produce. To learn more about the workshop, read our colleague Jacquelyn Turner's dispatch from Vietnam.
