Aneka joined Columbia World Projects in May 2022. Prior to joining, she worked at Avenues: The World School where she was the Program Operations Manager – Global Extensions. In that role and among her multiple responsibilities, she developed and implemented tools, training and program processes to ensure exceptional operational program support. This work led to the development of operational manuals and a streamlined contract process document she developed. Prior to her work at Avenues, she was the Director of Operations, Operations Fellow and Director of Special Projects for Uncommon Schools in Brooklyn.

Aneka holds an M.S. Ed. From the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia PA and a Bachelor of the Arts in Psychology from Yale University in New Haven, CT.
